Hi, I’m Alex Shestopalov, based in Las Vegas, NV. I’ve been involved in real estate for most of my life, working in areas like leasing, mortgages, remodeling, and construction. I also used to be a licensed agent in Colorado.
In 2020, I became a full-time real estate investor, and in 2021, I joined Pace Morby’s SUBTO community. Since then, I’ve successfully closed a wide variety of deals, including SUBTO flips, hybrids, wraps, novations, commercial properties, land deals, trailer deals, and pass-through double closings, among others.
